Golden Technologies Buzzaround XL 4-Wheel Power Scooter GB146. Serial number  is OXL13HO168. Purchased in early summer 2014 for $1140 and used for less than 50 hours. Stored in basement since then. New Batteries installed December 2020. Scooter runs without any problems.

It features easy, wireless assembly and disassembly, so you can pack it up quickly, and set it up just as rapidly when you reach your destination.
