The chair was purchased for my brother as he has  an intellectual disability ,Cerebral Palsy...

Shortly after purchasing the chair my brother was declared legally blind.

I feel it is unsafe for him to continue to operate the power chair.

Although the chair has been sitting since March 2017  it is stored in a bedroom on the lower level of my home.

It is in excellent condition, no mechanical problems, no wear & tear -very clean.
