Jazzy Power Chair called Go Chair by Pride.  Purchased for my elderly mother in September and she used it barely 3 months and then became very ill in late Nov and Dec and passed away 12/26/18.  It is portable and can be broken apart and put in a car trunk or suv back area. The chair can be broken down into 4 parts weighing at 36 lbs or less. Used only in her apt not outside, but can be used to go shopping or to church, etc.
