QUANTUM Q6 EDGE PRIDE MOBILITY POWER WHEELCHAIR We acquired this beautiful mobility wheelchair in March 2015, after my husband had a stroke in 2012. However, he didn't take to it, being unexpectedly stubborn in his determination to walk again without aid.
He used the power chair 12 times or less in the spring and summer months of 2015 on nearby smooth sidewalks, and since then we have kept it covered in the dining room of our private home, in hope of its further use.
It has a NE4Key Joystick Controller with Swing Arm (Kurtis) - a great feature. He liked that!
I consulted Pride Mobility and am advised the following: This power chair is in perfect condition, needing only new batteries due to disuse. Batteries for the Quantum Q6 are: 2 NF22 75-amp gel batteries (AGMs), costing $150 each. Aside from this expenditure, you will have what is actually a nearly new Quantum Q6 Edge power chair for a little over half the cost.

The original sale price was $10,000 - I'm asking $5,500 for it, even though it was barely used. My reasons for selling it are, that I don't need it now that my husband has passed away after a second stroke (01/2021), and I face a new future.
It's a really fine chair, nearly new, and kept carefully. It will be very useful, I hope, to someone who needs it.
