Victory 9 Scooter, great condition, NEW BATTERIES, INCLUDING ELECTRIC CAR CARRIER LIFT by HARMAR, Swing Away. The scooter is Red Color, four wheels for extra stability, multi speed control, comfortable, easier operated. The Harmar Seing Away carrier that goes on back of car is very easy to operate and load.  Scooter used to go to post office 1/2 block away, about every other day, and also to enter hospital buildings or shopping for groceries.  Well taken care of.  He passed away and I have no need for it, so must sell.  For Sale  Scooter and Car Lift.  The scooter just had new batteries installed, new arm and head rest.
