Golden Compass Sport GP 605,bought on 4/22/2019 serial number CS 118J0621, like new condition used maybe 10 times. I had been trying for 18 months to get Medicare to get my wife one so I bought her one 5 weeks after I bought it Medicare called an said they had her one. This is a top of the line chair same as brand new. Foot rest,Joy stick, head rest , seat belt 6 wheels will not tip over 20 hour battery life before charging, charger included, 300 lb  weight limit     seat 18wx18d a better chair than Medicare bought, you will not be disappointed.I have all the papers including the bill of sale and owners manual, it was purchased at Southern Mobility & Medical at 1829 Capital Blvd. Raleigh North Carolina. I wish I could have found one in this good a condition it would have saved me a lot of money considering I am on a fixed income.
