I have cerebral palsy. I bought this chair thinking it would be better than the electric scooters that I usually use. However, I had it for a few weeks and realized that it was harder for me to use and be independent in than the regular scooters. I need the scooter front console to use as a balance and support. This chair is brand new and in great condition. However, the company will not take it back. Like I said, the only reason I am selling it is because it is not the kind I need. There are a few scratches on the foot rest. Those happened when I had to open some doors. I’ve listed all of the specs and measurements as well as the original price. It does have a 20 inch seat.  in West Point.
The joy stick is on the left side however it can be moved to the right side very easily. It comes with a seatbelt, and there is a storage pouch that can be attached to either armrest.
