This  chair is a blue Jazzy Elite 14 with a 300 pound capacity, foot rest, seat belt, front anti-tip wheels and knobby wheels for good traction. The controller has a slow and fast setting, has a horn and can swivel out to the side.  Both the arms and foot rest can flip up for easy access in and out of the chair. The head rest can adjust up or down.  The power charger, owner's manual and consumer safety guide are included.
