This is a used but well maintained Jazzy power chair. Quantum/Jazzy 1450 series. It was manufactured by Pride. We bought this brand new in December of 2014. We purchased it for a little over $5,000. It is heavy duty, and wonderful for bariatric patients.
The turn radius is fabulous. It can turn on a dime, which makes it easy for entering elevators  and maneuvering sharp corners. This also makes it ideal for shopping or sightseeing.
It is controlled with a joystick, two drive wheels, two castor wheels, two anti-tip wheels, two batteries and wiring harnesses. The batteries are 12 volt deep cycle. Will include two battery chargers as well as owner manual. My husband recently passed away and I no longer have need of it.
I live in Columbus, Ohio. If location is not far, I am willing to deliver it, other wise it will need to be picked up at my house.
