This is like brand new. Only used approximately fifteen or so times.  Never used outside always used inside. Has front and back lights. Adjusts in almost any configuration.  The seat tilt back.  Back of seat lays down almost flat.  Footrest raises almost straight out.  Control panel moves out of way in order to slide under a table.  Seat pad and back are gel type material, very soft.  A carry basket can be attached to the back,  for carrying small items.  Can be pulled off and washed very easily.  Please refer to photos.  Has a removable and adjustable head rest.  Also has a footrest.  Uses a joystick type controller. Different level of speeds from crawling to moving very quickly. If needed it has a seatbelt.   Both sides have anchor points for holding down in a transport van or ambulance.  Originally sold for $13,000 only asking $10,00 or best offer.
