The scooter arms lift easily to allow one to get off and on easily. The steering neck column is adjustable to your needs and can be adjusted forward or backward.  The scooter comes with an oxygen tank mount ($80 value); this mount is removable and other accessories (purchased separately) could be added. This scooter is in perfect running condition. The scooter comes with 1 key and power charger.  The scooter needs a new battery, however.  Scooter retails for at least $1,200 + tax.
