Serial number, owner's manual, and set up manual available.  Chair has red base, custom black seat, handrails, headset and black mesh chair bag. Previous owner never was able to use. Purchased October 2020.  There are a few minor scratches from being moved by paramedics. Has never been outside after delivery. Original price was $14,280 from T.D. Medical.
