Batteries are brand new.  We bought this from someone who never used it, and they let the batteries run down to the point they could not be charged.  So we had to buy new batteries at $300 each.

3 power functions –

• Tilt
• Recline back only
• Foot rest -- raise the foot rest up/down

These functions can be controlled by dedicated buttons or via the joystick.

There is also an Attendant Control that can operate these functions.

5 speed ranges.  Very easy to drive.

Nothing wrong with it.

We bought this from a family who had bought it for their mother.  She tried it for 5 minutes and was unable to use it.  We bought it for my wife, who thought the tilt function would be what she needed, but that didn’t work for her.
