Original price for new Titan X23s average about $1,800-$1,900+. Front-wheel drive and extremely stable, using the driver's center of gravity. Easy to manuver and great performance over and around small obstacles. Great for small, tight enclosed spaces. Flip-up footplate. Seat detaches and folds, can be disassembled for easy transport in a car, no need for a vehicle rack. Bottom piece is the heaviest part (about 68 pounds). Seat is height adjustable with belt. Seat can also swivel. Armrests are padded. Joystick control and dial control for speed. Top speed 4mph. Charger is in good condition and included. Maximum range is 15 miles when fully charged.
