We bought this brand new, used twice for a total of four hours. Spotless! Two lithium batteries, home charger, car charger, visibility flag, umbrella, headlight, cane holder, beverage holder, manufacturer travel cover. This has been a great power chair. Turns on a dime and has plenty of power and speed. Weight limit 300 lbs. Easily folds up for storage or transporting. Only weighs 43 lbs. My wife and I have no problem loading and unloading. If you haven't already seen the Air Hawk website please check it out, truly a quality product. We are selling because I have found that a scooter better fits my needs.
