The product is in brand new condition, never used, so it has a brand-new battery.
It was for me but I quickly recovered from my surgery and no longer need it. Honestly, I only used it one time and now it's taking up space and collecting dust, which is why I'm selling it for only $500 even though this model of chair is worth way more. Currently, on the brand's website, it is listed for $6,004.00 USD for brand new and that is the more or less condition that this chair is in. It still has the plastic covering on it along with the charger and the other accessories that came with it.
