This chair is in great condition. My father only used it at the nursing home to travel out to the front sitting area and back to his room. I have all of the original paperwork and receipts.  It is currently located in South Orange county California .  It has been kept in a clean garage.   The battery is practically brand new and the chair is in great condition.
