I purchased this Pride Jazzy Select Elite in March 2018 and used it for only three months. Then I stored it in a Climate control unit. It is in like new condition. Since it has been in storage it needs to be charged, but there are two freewheel tabs under the seat. The seat swivels. The back reclines. The armrests lift. There is a seatbelt. The headrest is adjustable and completely removable. I added hooks to the back of the headrest so i could hang tote bags. There is an attached slip so you can add a hitch for a pull along cart. I have the Manual and all the booklets that came with the chair. I included a picture of them so you can see them. The title is included in that picture. You are free to transfer the title and make the chair yours. I took a picture of specs so you would be able to have them. I prefer a cashiers check but will also take cash.
