The chair is brand new. My mother never used it. It is located at Charlestown Retirement Community in Catonsville, Maryland just outside of Baltimore City. The only day she used was the day it was delivered. It is 2019 Model and it is still under a parts warranty until November. If the chair is not sold within the retirement community it will be stored in Ellicott City Md.
