The scooter has been kept in a controlled environment safe from any outside elements and kept under plastic. Needs 2 24v24v batteries. I can not reiterate the excellence of the condition of this chair. It comes with a charger the user manual. And I even have the original price and payment statement to show its worth. Batteries should be no morre than 400 for a pair leaving the total expense still less than a third of the original price.
