In good condition with a good battery and also comes with two new extra batteries, manual, charging cord, adjustment tools and extra small tire. Maximum 450 pound weight capacity. Only damage at all is the headrest has snags as shown and a small tear with tape. No tears in seat. Arm rest were replaced new recently. Current battery holds a good charge. Has a battery operated safety light attached to back.
