This is a Shoprider Sprinter XL 4 heavy-duty mobility scooter.   The padded executive seat is height adjustable, swivels, and can slide backward and forward.  It can also detach from the scooter and be folded down for transporting convenience.  The armrests are adjustable and can be moved.  It also has a freewheel release lever that allows you to move the scooter into a position while the motor is off.   It comes with charging accessories.  It has a headlight and side reflectors for visibility purposes and anti-tip wheels.  It does sit kind of low, but he said the seat was comfortable and it has a large footrest.  Please contact me for an appointment if you would like to view it.  Also, if you would like more photos, please feel free to contact me.  Please no scammers.  This chair can really help a deserving person establish mobility.  It also has a detachable basket to store important items that you need to carry with you.
